As a seasoned museum professional with experience of public and charitable governance models, I can provide an objective overview of performance and help formulate improvement strategies through advice, mentoring and training.  Recent work includes working with a group of small and medium sized independent museums on forward planning, facilitating workshops for museum trustees to clarify their role and assist with strategic planning, supporting a museum to develop an organisational improvement agenda and business plan, and facilitating discussions between a group of local authorities who wish to develop joint museum services.

I can deliver training workshops in organisational visioning and service planning, mentoring, personal assertiveness and dealing with challenging people/situations, museum ethics, and a general introduction to the museum sector.
